  • Cliff Cottage, one of Eureka's most photographed cottages, is actually a collection of four charming structures perched along Armstrong Street overlooking downtown that operates together as a unique lodging establishment with seven guest suites.

    The original "Cliff Cottage," built in the 1881, is one of the first Sears home plans and was designed by Charles Locke Eastlake, a British art critic and furniture designer of the late 1800s. It is a National Historic Registry structure and is also included in the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program. The cottage includes two spacious guest suites with Jacuzzi baths, hardwood floors and stained glass windows.  There's also a private outdoor shower on the back deck tucked along a limestone bluff.

    "The Place Next Door," a two-story home built in 1993, includes two guest suites on the second floor with jacuzzi baths and outdoor balconies The main floor has a large living room with a vaulted ceiling and fireplace, dining room, kitchen and a full bath. A koi pond in the front yard creates a relaxing sound as you sit on the porch.

    The "Artist's Cottage" is the latest addition to what seems to be a "Monopoly board."  Built in 1910, the cottage was compeltely remodeled in 2003 and includes two guest suites with spacious bedrooms, sitting rooms, wet bars and luxurious jacuzzi baths.

    Zelda's Studio, a two-story structure behind the Artist's Cottage, includes a spacious guest suite on the main floor with a kitchen and jacuzzi bath. There is additional room to expand on the second floor. The hot tub on the back patio is a great place to relax.

    Conveniently located across from the downtown trolley station, guests at Cliff Cottage can park their cars and never need to drive during their stay.  Sale includes furnishings in guest suites, website, phone number and other business related assets.
