About Mark Mattmiller
Whether I'm working with a first-time home buyer or experienced real estate investor, my primary goal is to provide each client with information, insight and creative solutions that allow them to make the best possible real estate decisions.
In today's market, buyers realize they need a qualified agent to help them sort through the high inventories, find the best value for their money, and negotiate complex transactions. More than ever, buyers need an experienced agent who understands the market.
I realize every transaction represents one of the most important purchases my clients will ever make. I take every measure to ensure there is clear communication with all parties and work diligently to surpass each client's expectations.
I'm going to do everything I can to promote and protect your interests. And I'm hopeful that I'll earn the right for you to refer me to your family and your fiends.

After Hours
When not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with family and friends in Eureka's Downtown Historic District. I also believe in giving back to the community by volunteering time in our city parks and by supporting community organizations. I currently serve as board president for Main Stage Creative Community Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to a vision of "creating a multi-generational, multi-cultural arts and community center for all residents and visitors." Main Stage was originally established in 1993 as Lane House, Inc., as an after-school arts program for the city's youth. Today, Main Stage has evolved into a creative community center with a mission "to promote life-long learning opportunities, to provide a place for programs that enrich community life for all Eureka Springs residents and visitors and to be a cornerstone for the revitalization of North Main Street as an Arts District."

"Thank you so much for sticking with me and selling the bungalow. You know it was the hardest thing for me to do, but your attention to all the details made it so easy. I just couldn't have done it without you. You're the very best!"
-- Stormy Arnold, Arkansas
"We want to thank you for all you did to get our deal to the closing table. You worked hard on our behalf at the property and in your office. We've been involved in many deals over the years, but this has been one of the most enjoyable."
-- Carol Hill, Oklahoma
"I appreciate all your hard work and your negotiations with the builder. You listened to exactly what I needed in a home and you took me straight to it, and for that I thank you so much."
-- Judy Pacheco, California
"I appreciate your professionalism in all our dealings, your honest opinions, and your close attention to details."
-- Jeff Collins, Iowa
"I knew you would be the one to sell my "paradise" the first time I took you out to the lake. You knew its value and you saw it right away. The day we walked over the 74 acres and marked it with bright orange surveyor tape, I knew we were wrapping it up for someone else. You were going to sell it, and you did in no time!"
-- Mary Lightheart, Arkansas
