    The one-bedroom/one-bath owner's apartment has a townhouse feel and includes a sunny living room with French doors that open to the master suite. The bath has a steam shower equipped with a rainhead, hand shower, foot and back massagers, and AM/FM radio. The gourmet kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, undercabinet lighting, and a double stainless steel sink. Stainless steel appliances include a six-burner Imperial gas stove, double refrigerator and a high efficiency dishwasher that is noise free.

    The Carriage House has a queen bed and an electric fireplace, full kitchen and a Jacuzzi bath/shower. Stairs lead up to a sleeping loft with a double bed and sitting area. The Carriage House, which can sleep up to four, has a private deck that overlooks the back yard gardens.

    Guests at Heart of the Hills enjoy relaxing on the wrap-around Victorian porches and decks. Native stone walls and pathways wind throughout the back yard creating relaxing outdoor spaces -- there's even a fire pit for chilly evenings.
