Property Description
New Price! Have your own Eureka getaway at one of Spring Street's best lodging establishments, Chantilly Lace, and make money as tourist lodging to pay the note. You can pick any one of the three beautiful suites when you come to town, or keep one exclusively for yourself, and generate income from the other two. Chantilly's Garden Suite is decorated in high Victorian style with an eclectic parlor and adjoining dining room lit by an antique crystal chandelier. Custom cabinets conceal a small refrigerator and microwave while providing chic storage space for glassware and other essentials. Another elegant chandelier hangs in the spacious master bedroom. The adjoining bath has a cottage feel with its wainscoted walls and an oversized clawfoot tub/shower. The suite will accommodate larger groups with an upstairs bedroom and guest bath. Two full beds and a twin bed are tucked into dormers and are surrounded by a beautiful one-of-a-kind mural inspired by the Victorian homes and gardens in the neighborhood. The parlor in Rannon's Nest, the second suite on the main floor, is also high Victorian in style with a beautiful wallpaper border of draped floral fabric under the crown molding and over the window valances. The romantic bedroom has a queen bed with a floral canopy and art deco wallpaper accents. The adjoining bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub/shower with tile surround and a pedestal sink. After a soothing bath, relax on the screened back porch. The lower level features Micah's Suite. The living area has a kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave, bar sink and dining nook. The back sunroom is bright and cheerful with two walls of windows and white wooden blinds. The bedroom is spacious with a corner Jacuzzi that overlooks the back yard. The sunroom and bedroom open onto a large screened porch complete with a porch swing that overlooks the back gardens and a wooded hollow. The remaining lower level provides basement storage with a washer/dryer, large laundry table, laundry sink, and built-in storage. There's also a handyman's corner with another large workbench and pegboard wall for tools. Great income producing property on popular stretch of Spring Street. Walk to downtown, also on trolley route.
